A side project developed with my brother in real estate, Easy Pro Forma simplifies complex property investment analysis. This tool helps investors make quick, informed decisions by automating sophisticated calculations like Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and yearly cash flow projections. Users can customize their investment parameters - from acquisition costs to financing terms - and save these as templates for rapid scenario analysis. The platform offers subscription-based access to these advanced analysis tools, making professional-grade real estate calculations accessible and efficient.

My Role

As the sole developer of this side project, I built the entire platform while collaborating with my brother, who provided real estate expertise for the calculation algorithms. I implemented every aspect of the system: from the DynamoDB database and REST API to the complex financial calculations, React frontend, and Stripe subscription integration.
